Know Before You Go

A few things to keep in mind before you arrive, to help ensure an exceptional experience at A&L events.

Your Tickets

A&L's ticket delivery options include mail, will call and digital delivery. Your email receipt, titled "Thank You For Your Order with UCSB Arts & Lectures" lists how your tickets were shipped.

Digital tickets will be accessible via a web link and can easily be shared with family and friends. Digital tickets must be displayed on a mobile device and may require the use of cellular data to access. Ticket orders using the digital ticket delivery method will be delivered later this summer, along with further instructions. Check back for more FAQs later this summer.

Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the venue starting one hour prior to the event.

Mailed tickets are sent via USPS to the address listed under "Order Shipping Information" on your email receipt.

Please contact the ticket office in advance of the event if you are unable to locate your tickets.

Student Tickets

Patrons with a UCSB student ticket will be asked to display a valid UCSB student ID at the event (one ID per ticket).

Patrons with an All Student ticket will be asked to display a valid student ID at the event (one ID per ticket).

Venues

A&L presents programming at a variety of venues around town. Venues are also subject to change. Be sure to check the relevant event page and venue page for the most up-to-date information in advance of your event.

Concessions

Full concessions will be available at the Granada, Arlington and Lobero theaters, and a modest selection of refreshments will be available at Campbell and Hahn halls.

NOTE: Parking at Campbell Hall and the Pollock Theater

If you are attending an event at Campbell Hall or the Pollock Theater, be sure to park in a designated visitor lot and purchase a UCSB parking permit.

Did you know that you can now pay online as well as on site? Visit the UCSB Transportation & Parking Services website for more details.

Health & Safety

We ask that you remain vigilant in protecting the health of our shared space by staying home if you are feeling unwell.  As conditions in our community evolve, we will continue to evaluate these policies; please check the Health & Safety page periodically for updates.

We look forward to seeing you in the theater!
