A few things to keep in mind before you arrive, to help ensure an exceptional experience at A&L events.
A&L's ticket delivery options include mail, Will Call and email (PDF attachment or mobile-friendly QR code). Your email receipt, titled "Thank You For Your Order with UCSB Arts & Lectures" lists how your tickets were shipped.
Mobile-friendly tickets are emailed approximately 15 minutes after your order/payment is processed. The email subject line is "Your UCSB Arts & Lectures Tickets." The email contains embedded QR codes which should be displayed on a mobile device and cannot be printed. To make sure your ticket scans properly, please turn the brightness on your mobile device all the way up and disable dark mode.
Print-at-home tickets are emailed approximately 15 minutes after your order/payment is processed. The email subject line is "Your UCSB Arts & Lectures Tickets." Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the venue starting one hour prior to the event.
Mailed tickets are sent via USPS to the address listed under "Order Shipping Information" on your email receipt.
Please contact the ticket office in advance of the event if you are unable to locate your tickets.
Patrons with a UCSB student ticket will be asked to display a valid UCSB student ID at the event (one ID per ticket).
Patrons with an All Student ticket will be asked to display a valid student ID at the event (one ID per ticket).
A&L presents programming at a variety of venues around town. Venues are also subject to change. Be sure to check the relevant event page and venue page for the most up-to-date information in advance of your event.
Full concessions will be available at the Granada, Arlington and Lobero theaters, and a modest selection of refreshments will be available at Campbell and Hahn halls.
If you are attending an event at Campbell Hall or the Pollock Theater, be sure to park in a designated visitor lot and purchase a UCSB parking permit.
