This season, Arts & Lectures is introducing a new digital ticket solution that replaces the old mobile and print-at-home ticket delivery options. The new solution makes it easier to access your tickets on the go and share tickets with guests while reducing opportunities for ticket fraud.
Digital tickets are stored in A&L's digital ticket wallet, accessible via internet browser. Please note that use of a mobile device and cellular data will be required to access digital tickets at the event.
We strongly recommend accessing your digital ticket wallet in advance of your event.
Digital ticketing is a convenient, secure, contactless service that delivers your tickets to your mobile device using dynamic QR codes. Your QR codes will activate a few hours prior to the event start time and will refresh every 30 seconds.
Digital tickets will only appear if you selected mobile/digital ticket delivery. If you chose to have your tickets mailed or held at will call, they will not be available digitally.
For ease of access, add the wallet link to your mobile device's home screen, or as a bookmark in your preferred browser.
No, the digital ticket wallet does not use an app.
Log in to your digital ticket wallet using the same email address used to purchase your tickets. You can request an access code be sent to your email address or use your password.
Click the "reset your password" link to reset your password, or use the option to request an access code. The access code option will send a 6-digit code to your email inbox that you can use in place of a password. (The access code will be sent to the email address you used on the previous screen.)
If you don't see your tickets in your digital wallet, do not create a new account.
You may have multiple/duplicate accounts in our ticketing system. Check to make sure you used the email address associated with your purchase.

If you still have trouble finding your tickets, please contact the A&L Ticket Office.
No. In order to keep your tickets safe and secure, printouts and screenshots are not accepted and cannot be scanned at the door. Once activated, the QR code on your digital ticket(s) updates every 30 seconds, and can only be scanned directly from a mobile device.
Note: use of a mobile device and cellular data will be required to access digital tickets at the event.
As a safety measure, the QR codes will not display on your tickets until a few hours before your event start time. The ticket will indicate what time the QR code will start to display. The QR code for your digital tickets will automatically display in your digital wallet at that time.
You do not have to wait for the QR code to display to share tickets with your guests.
The QR code will also not display on a ticket that you have shared with a guest. Instead, it will display in the guest's digital ticket wallet once they have accepted the ticket.
Digital tickets require a smartphone or other mobile device that can connect to the internet. If you do not have such a device, contact the ticket office to request an alternate delivery method.
No problem. Visit the reprint station at the Arts & Lectures will call table and we will print out your tickets.
Note: You do not need to share tickets with yourself. Tickets in your wallet are assigned to you unless you share them.
Yes, guests must log in to claim their tickets. If they already have an account with Arts & Lectures, they may use that same email address/password to log in. If they do not have an account, they must create one to accept the tickets.
If any of your guests are unsure whether they have an existing A&L login, they can click "Register for a New Account." If their email already exists in the system, it will let them know.
Shared digital tickets are not valid until the recipient claims them. You may also reclaim a ticket you have previously shared if your guest changes their mind or does not accept them.
Once you share a digital ticket, the ticket will display one of the following confirmations:
If you shared the ticket a while ago and it has not been accepted, you may want to remind your guest, share the invitation again, or reclaim the ticket.
Yes, once you see the Share Tickets button in your wallet, you may share them, even if the QR codes have not displayed yet.
