“Sal Khan’s vision and energy for how technology could fundamentally transform education is contagious. He’s a true pioneer in integrating technology and learning.” – Bill Gates

Salman Khan is the founder of Khan Academy, a nonprofit educational organization with the mission to provide free, high-quality education to “anyone, anywhere” in the world. A former hedge fund analyst with degrees from MIT and Harvard, Khan is the author of The One World Schoolhouse, which explores the impact of the web as a teaching tool. In this moderated conversation, he will discuss how we can rethink education, and how Khan Academy uses adaptive technology to identify strengths and learning gaps to create a personalized learning resource for all ages.
